1. License and Usage

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the components for personal or commercial web design projects.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the raw TSX/React code files or Framer remix links in any marketplace, public repository, or competing platform.

3. Payment Processing

All purchases are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.

4. Refunds

Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, available at https://innocentaims.framer.website/refunds.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our digital assets are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any issues, bugs, or editor lag arising from browser incompatibility or changes in Framer's core infrastructure.
